1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Lovako Voyages' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Tour Bookings

Booking Process

• Submit a booking request through our website or via email
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Pay the required deposit to confirm your booking
• Receive written confirmation from us

Your booking is only confirmed when you receive a written confirmation email from Lovako Voyages. We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion.

3. Payment Terms

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required to confirm your booking.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 60 days before your tour start date. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Payment Methods: Bank transfer, credit card, and other secure payment methods as specified on our website.
• Price Changes: Tour prices are subject to change until booking confirmation. After confirmation, the price is guaranteed unless there are extraordinary circumstances beyond our control.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by You

• More than 60 days before departure: Deposit is non-refundable (transferable to a future booking)
• 31-60 days before departure: 25% of total tour cost is retained
• 15-30 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost is retained
• Less than 15 days before tour: 100% of total tour cost is retained (no refund)

Cancellation by Us

If Lovako Voyages cancels your tour, you will receive a full refund of all payments made. We are not liable for any additional expenses incurred (flights, visas, etc.).

Force Majeure

In case of force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, etc.), we will offer alternative dates or a credit voucher valid for 2 years. Cash refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Changes to Itinerary

While we strive to follow the published itinerary, we reserve the right to make changes due to weather, road conditions, wildlife movements, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to maintain the quality and spirit of the tour.

Participants must be in good health and disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate in tour activities. Some tours require moderate to high fitness levels. Consult your physician before booking.

8. Participant Responsibilities

By booking a tour, you agree to follow instructions from guides, respect local laws and customs, treat fellow travelers and locals with respect, not engage in illegal or dangerous activities, arrive on time, and inform us of any special requirements.

9. Liability and Waiver

Lovako Voyages acts as an agent for various service providers. We are not liable for acts or omissions of third-party providers, personal injury or property loss unless due to our negligence, delays due to circumstances beyond our control, or consequential damages. You acknowledge that travel in Madagascar involves inherent risks and voluntarily assume these risks.

10. Photography and Marketing

By participating in our tours, you grant Lovako Voyages the right to use photographs taken during the tour for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform your guide.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and itineraries, is the property of Lovako Voyages and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Madagascar. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Antananarivo, Madagascar.
